Mr. Aditya Soni is a qualified and experienced Practicing Company Secretary, with in-depth expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company law matters. In addition to his practice, he serves as an Independent Director, bringing valuable insights, objectivity, and a strong ethical foundation to the boardroom. Known for his professionalism and commitment to transparency, Mr. Soni plays a key role in supporting sound corporate practices and strategic oversight.

Mrs. Mala Poddar
Company Secretary

Ms. Mala Poddar, aged 43 years is a Qualified Company Secretary and a Commerce Graduate currently working as a Company Secretary and Manager of Legal and Compliance in Ekagrata Finance Private Limited, a company situated in Bengaluru. She has an enriching knowledge and experience in Corporate & Securities Laws, Finance and Management and is actively engaged in Company Law, SEBI (LODR) Regulations and reviewing Agreements.

She has a vast experience of 8 years in the fields of legal, secretarial and RBI Compliances She completed her management trainee in 2012 from Balrampur Chinni Mills Limited. She was the head Company Secretary of Pecos Hotels and Pubs limited from 2018 To 2019. She has also worked with Microfinance as the Whole time Company Secretary from 2019 to 2020. She has worked with Niramaya Retreats PVT Limited in the year 2020 before taking up her own practice as a CS for 2 years. She also worked with Cerebra Integrated Technologies Limited as the head Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from 2022 to 2023.She also had the Privilege of working with a renowned real estate Private Company “Manyata Developers “. She is fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has a Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce. She was invited by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India to conduct an EDP session with Executive students where she guided on the disclosures to be made in the Board’s Report of private/public listed/unlisted Company. She also holds a diploma in Fashion designing from a renowned Fashion Institute situated in Durgapur (West Bengal). She is also on the Board of a listed entity “Advance Lifestyles Limited “as an Independent Director and an unlisted Company“Bedi Steels Limited”.
